Banti Album Proofing – Privacy Policy
Last Updated: July 2026
Banti, Inc. (“Banti,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and otherwise process personal information in connection with www.bantialbumproofing.com, related websites, applications, plugins, communications, and the album proofing, client collaboration, and related services we provide (collectively, the “Service”).
This Privacy Policy applies to photographers, studios, account holders, invited album reviewers, website visitors, and others who interact with our Site or Service.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information Banti collects or processes through the Site and Service.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to:
- Third-party websites, products, or services not operated by Banti;
- Information processed by third parties outside their relationship with Banti;
- Offline activities that are not connected to the Site or Service; or
- Customer practices that Banti does not control.
Our Site and Service may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy.
2. Banti’s Role
Banti provides tools that help photographers and studios share album proofs, collect feedback, manage revisions, communicate with clients, and obtain approvals.
For information Banti collects about its website visitors, account holders, billing contacts, and marketing contacts, Banti generally acts as the business or controller responsible for that information.
For information a photographer, studio, or other Banti customer uploads or enters into the Service about clients, invitees, or other individuals—including album content, contact details, comments, and approval activity (“Customer Data”)—the customer generally determines why and how that information is used. In that context, Banti generally processes Customer Data on the customer’s behalf in order to provide the Service.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights, permissions, notices, and legal grounds to upload Customer Data to the Service and to invite others to participate in album proofing or related workflows.

10. Security Incidents
If we become aware of a security incident involving personal information, we will investigate and take appropriate steps to contain, assess, and address the incident.
Where notification is required, we will provide notice to affected individuals, customers, regulators, or other parties as required by applicable law.
